  • The conversation via chat cannot involve any form of abusive language.
  • The chat Window will not be used for cross selling of any products or any other form of solicitation.
  • The chat Window will not be used to provide any recommendation or advice on investing.
  • The chat Window will be used to resolve basic issues related to your buying products offered by Rasi Silks.
  • Rasi Silks has the right to discontinue the chat facility at any point in time, at its own discretion.
  • Rasi Silks does not guarantee that all queries posted via the chat Window will be immediately redressed. Rasi Silks, or its executives, is not responsible for any delay caused in attending to, or replying to, the queries via chat.

Force Majeure

Rasi silks shall not be held responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery of all or part of the Goods in the event such failure was due, in whole or in part, to central, fedral provincial or municipal action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labor trouble, fire or other damage to or destruction or, in whole or in part, the goods or the manufacturing power, water or supplies, or any other cause, act of God, contingency or circumstances not subjected to reasonable control of seller, which causes delay to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance ot its obligations.
